oh yes. and to remind me to be careful what i wish for.

in the sense of using it with ogham in this sense, it can help to 'shield' me from the really negative stuff. so i can snese it but not feel it too much.

I can see it working like that, I'm assuming its got the point facing up towards your hand on that one then ;)

i think i have a pic somewhere, but yes the point is upwards towards my hand. the tattoo artist want it the 'right way up' (he called it) but that was upside down to me.

welllllll......i think the left hand is used to recieve where the right hand gives out. so it kinda makes sense.

And there's me thinking something seedy and wholy inapropriate ;)

Its interesting actually that you say left=receive right= send out

in a recent crystal workshop i've been working through, it actually suggests that instead of just accepting left=receive right= send out
you should try it yourself to find out your personal direction of flow.
Using 2 crystal points, one in each hand. First in your left hand arrange
crystal so its point is facing towards you the the crystal in your right hand with the point facing away from you. Try to feel the energy flowing, you should feel it flowing through the crystals... no? yes? strong? weak? ok
now swap the crystal directions, left hand crystal point facing away and right hand crystal point towards you... feel it now? no? yes? stronger? weaker?

Hmmm sorry to dilute your ogham post! ( )  maybe it will help if people arent picking anything up with their left they can try it with their right...

ummm back on track... I love the way the ogham gives the diferent types of trees their own personalities.. it makes so much sense! :)

hmmmm, not bad reasoning. mine would still be left to recieve though! its the hand i use to determin when to stop shuffling my tarot.

ermmm, yeah coelbreni.....
i like how trees mean so many different things in so many different moods. its great for finding your own meanings to go out among trees in every kind of mood. well most anyway.
